Bourbon Trail Urban Loft-Pool Table-Hot Tub-Fun!

This beautiful, open concept house with an urban loft feel, has plenty of room for a large party to spread out and have their own space. We also provide two parking spaces on the premises. Upstairs upon entering the house, you will find a pool table and sitting area for hanging out, adjacent to a t.v. room. There is also a half bath for guests located in this front room area. Around the corner from the front living room is a huge en-suite bedroom with a queen bed. On the back side of this same level, there is a giant chef's kitchen with an open concept living and t.v. room/dining room that is surrounded by two large walls of windows, with spectacular views of downtown Frankfort. As you head downstairs, there is a massive master bedroom with a king bed, as well as two bedrooms with queen beds and another bedroom with two twin beds and a full bed. In the middle of these rooms is a giant jack and jill spa bathroom. On the lower level there is also a laundry room to wash and dry clothing during your stay. If you love the outdoors, we have a beautiful back-yard that can be accessed through the downstairs large bedroom. There, you will find a cornhole set up, a circle of adirondack chairs, and a hot tub for 6 ( for cold weather enjoyment).

Something to note about this property is that there are many stairs and a train that has no schedule that may come through at night on tracks nearby.

We will send guests the key code for the electronic door lock the day before their check in.

The house will completely be yours to enjoy, with no sharing or interruption. We have a property manager that is available should our guests need her for any reason.

The capital city of Frankfort, KY is a quaint, but happening little town (especially during the summer), and this house puts you right in the middle of the action. There are many shops, restaurants, bars, river tours, boating/kayaking and summer events to keep you entertained. This house is located right where Main Street and Capital Avenue merge downtown, making it an ideal spot for your group to easily tour the town on foot. Frankfort is also centrally located in the middle of 2 major cities, Louisville and Lexington (45-60 minute drive), with easy access to major highways and roads to get anywhere else quickly throughout Kentucky.

2 parking spots are free and available at the building. They are clearly marked as being designated for the airbnb house only.
Most guests prefer to walk in the beautiful weather. We also have a city trolley that runs during summer months, even taking a route that goes to Buffalo Trace right down the street (schedule can be found on the "visitfrankfort"website)
Please note: uber eats is big here, but uber taxi is not. If you are planning a bourbon trip and need a driving service, I would recommend contacting listed bourbon tour companies to transport you to and from the distilleries...it is well worth the money!
